USD/INR- Indian rupee value settled at 73.935 on 27 November against the US Dollar. The rupee settled in the range of 73 in November. On yesterday, the rupee reached the highest of 73.33 and the lowest at 74.977. Concomitently, the dollar index decreased by 0.23% to settle at 91.78.
USD/ INR: Oil Prices
The US WTI crude traded 0.22 low at 10:45 PM GMT on 27 November. Accordingly, Crude oil traded at USD 45.49 per barrel globally. On the other hand, Brent Crude was trading at USD 48.35 per barrel as it traded 0.55% higher on Friday. The recession has put immense pressure on the oil refinary sector as well. Accordingly, the sector is cutting loss making assests, especially in Trinidad and Tobago.
USD/ INR- Gold Prices
Gold prices traded flat on the MCE on 27 November. Accordingly, December gold futures decreased by 0.82% or 400 Rupees to Rs. 48,117 per 10 grams on the multi-commodity exchange. Likewise, Silver futures fell by 868 Rupees or 1.45% to settle at Rs. 59,005 per kg. With the 90% efficacy news on COVID-19 vaccine, the investors are hopefully awaiting a faster economic rebound. In the international market, Gold was trading at USD 1800 per ounce in New York. On the other hand, Silver traded at USD 23.35 per ounce.
USD/ INR- Sensex Today
Sensex ended the red in the green on 27 November. Accordingly, it decreased by 0.25% and saw a 110.02 point rise. Thereby ending the session at 44,149.72 at 6:00 PM IST on Friday. Similarly, the NIFTY rose by 0.14% or 18.05 points drop and ended up at 12,968.95.
