Price Update: Pulses Prices in India as on 22.07.2019

Pulses exports have declined by 56% approximately compared to previous year quarter ending 30th June. Production of pulses in India also declined by 9% approximately due to low rains in regions of Maharashtra, Karnataka and Gujarat. Global prices have declined and would help Indian pulses importers who have been allocated an additional import quota of 400000 Metric Tons by the Indian Government for FY 2019-20.
