Basmati Paddy Prices increased by 100 rupees a quintal today. There was an increase in prices of basmati rice variants. 1121 Creamy sella jumped from 53-54 Rs a kg range to Rs 55-55 per kg. Similar increase was noticed in 1509 basmati sella rice which increased from 48 Rs a kg to 50 Rs a kg. Steam variants of basmati rice witnessed an increase by 3 Rs a kg today. Prices of non basmati rice remained unchanged.
