In his tweet, Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, the union education minister, announced that the examination of classes 10th and 12th of CBSE board will begin from 4th May 2021 and end before 10th of June 2021.
Class 10 and 12 Examination Doubts Due to COVID-19 Pandemic
Finally the wait was over for thousands of students were awaiting the dates of examination across India. Further, the education minister confirmed that results would be announced before 15th July 2021.
In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, the examinations remained doubtful as many schools across India remain closed. However, this announcement gave a sigh of relief and a sense of certainty for many students across India.

CBSE to adopt several measures to ensure safety with education for its students. Soon guidelines will be issued to schools across India to ensure safety while conducting examination amid COVID-19 pandemic.
The education minister further emphasized schools, teachers, parents and students to work together to ensure the safety of all stakeholders. CBSE to follow in the footsteps of JEE and NEET to conduct examinations successfully amid pandemic.

Reopening of CBSE Schools Across India
Several states including Bihar, Kerala, Karnataka and Puducherry announced the reopening of schools in January. However, most states announced partial reopening for class 10th and 12th students only.
CBSE Schools to conduct internal exams from 1st March 2021. Date sheet set to follow in the coming months.
