Pune Mayor Concerned About the COVID-19 Spike
During the first week of February, the number of COVID cases in the city was around 1300. However, now the cases have spiked to 7000. As of now, testing and swab collection will increase to contain the spread. Also, he conveyed the government’s plan to impose stricter rules, but lockdown is highly unlikely.
